Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $99.00 AUD using our FREE100 code at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $12.50 AUD flat rate (delivered via Australia Post within 3–7 business days).

  • Express Shipping: $15.50 AUD flat rate (delivered via Australia Post within 1–3 business days).

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We proudly ship our shelf-stable, freeze-dried FLUBOMs to clients worldwide, including the USA, UK, Europe, New Zealand, and Canada.

  • International Flat Rate: $25.00 AUD flat rate for all overseas orders.

  • International Carriers: We use Australia Post International services, which hand over to your local domestic postal service upon arrival in your country.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Standard International: 6–15 business days (depending on destination).

    • Express International: Available upon request (additional fees apply).

  • Commercial Packaging: To comply with international biosecurity laws, all products are shipped in professionally sealed, airtight, commercial packaging clearly labeled with ingredients, country of origin (Australia), and expiry dates.

International Customs, Duties, and Import Rules

Our freeze-dried products are fully processed and shelf-stable, allowing them to clear customs smoothly under personal-use exemptions in most countries. However, international buyers should note the following:

  • Customs Declarations: We strictly adhere to international shipping laws. All parcels are labeled with accurate HS Tariff Codes (Dried Citrus) and explicit descriptions (e.g., "Commercially processed, sliced, and freeze-dried lemon, ginger, and garlic mix. Fully shelf-stable. No live plant material. For direct consumer use only.") to prevent border delays.

  • Duties and Taxes: We, at Emmadell Farm, are not responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Biosecurity Regulations: Certain countries (including New Zealand and the USA) have exceptionally strict agricultural laws regarding citrus, ginger, and garlic derivatives. While our mix is completely freeze-dried, shelf-stable, and free from live plant matter to meet global import criteria, customers are responsible for ensuring their local customs allows the import of processed ginger and garlic blends for personal use.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • In-Transit Delays: While we dispatch orders quickly, we cannot control delays caused by customs checks or local postal disruptions in your country.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at emmadell.farm.julatten@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
